How to Order

ONLINE: Ordering online from Crown Recognition is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to the shopping cart. You'll be able to view the contents of your cart, continue shopping, edit quantities and view a total dollar amount purchased so far. When you are ready to checkout and place your order, you'll be given an option to pay now with a credit card through our secure checkout area or pay later by providing a purchase order which instructs us to send an invoice.

EMAIL: Scan and send the order form with your order or simply tell us what you'd like in an email.  We'll ship your order and send an invoice.

Customer Satisfaction

At Crown Recognition, prompt courteous service and customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. Orders are packed carefully and inspected before shipping. In the event an item is incorrect, missing or damaged in shipping or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll make it right.  We work hard to be sure your purchase through Crown Recognition is a positive experience.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return stock items within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise purchase price. Send returns to Crown Recognition. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges). Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your refund to be processed.

Custom made merchandise is not returnable since it has been made specifically for you. If you are not satisfied with your custom made product(s), contact Crown Recognition to work out a solution.

EXCHANGES: If you wish to make an exchange for a different item, contact Crown Recognition to arrange the exchange.  Then, send the item(s) to be exchanged to Crown Recognition. We'll ship the exchange item(s) upon receipt of your returned item(s) unless other arrangements have been made.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


At Crown Recognition, protecting your personal information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to provided an encrypted browsing experience. Payments made using our online store are secured using Square payments. All payment information including your card number are handled by Square and are never stored on our systems. Your personal information provided is only used to ship your order and to provide you with order updates. 

Your Privacy

At Crown Recognition, your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade your information. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, phone number, and email address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about the status of your order.


Most orders for stock items are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order. Custom orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the custom merchandise from manufacturing. Delivery time varies depending on the time of year and where its going. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery once it has shipped. If you need expedited shipping, please contact Crown Recognition to make arrangements. When checking out, please specify a valid delivery address.

Shipping and handling costs are flat rates based on the product total of the order.  Shipping and handling is automatically calculated upon checkout for online orders.  Refer to the shipping and handling schedule on the Achievement Seals order form available in the How to Order section of our website.

Please note that we currently deliver orders within the United States only.

Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards for purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Washington State sales tax is applicable on all orders placed in Washington State.


We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. The product images on our website are actual photographs. Because our seals are made with shiny colorful foils, you may see some reflections and/or impurities in the image.  We assure you, the colors of materials used in the manufacturing of our products are consistent.
